14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a full refund or exchange.

Condition Requirements

• Items must be completely unworn and unused.
• Boots must not have been tried on outdoors or on abrasive surfaces.
• All original tags must be attached (if applicable).
• The original boot box must be included and undamaged (if applicable) (please do not use the boot box as the outer shipping container).

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 working days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
